Payment Terms and Deposits

  • A deposit may be required before project work begins.
  • Final payment may be required before launch, file delivery, or website handoff.
  • Monthly support plans are billed as recurring subscriptions after service confirmation.

Revision Limits

Included revisions are limited to reasonable edits within the original project scope. Major layout changes, new pages, new features, custom integrations, or repeated redesign requests may require additional fees.

Timeline Expectations

Project timelines are estimates and depend on the selected package, client response time, content delivery, requested edits, and project complexity.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide logo, business information, service details, preferred colours, images, contact details, and examples of websites you like.
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals.
  • Confirm that supplied materials are owned by the client or licensed for business use.

Hosting Terms

Hosting is included only while the selected hosting or website care plan remains active and paid. If the plan is cancelled or unpaid, hosting, backups, monitoring, updates, and related support may stop.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly support plans can be cancelled with written notice. Hosting, support, updates, backups, and related services remain active only while the monthly plan is active.

Ownership After Payment

Once the project is paid in full, the completed website files and approved client-provided content belong to the client. Monthly hosting, support, maintenance, updates, backups, and SEO services remain separate optional services.

What Monthly Support Includes

Monthly support includes only the services listed in the selected plan. This may include hosting, Domain + DNS support, SSL support, backups, security updates, troubleshooting, content updates, SEO maintenance, analytics reports, monitoring, and priority support.

What Monthly Support Does Not Include

Monthly support does not include unlimited edits, major redesigns, new website builds, advanced custom development, advanced SEO campaigns, paid advertising, third-party subscription fees, premium plugin licenses, or services not listed in the selected plan.
